Grievances related to academics, administration, harassment, infrastructure, or any other concerns can be formally submitted through email, an online portal, or designated complaint boxes. The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) acknowledges complaints within 48 hours, conducts an inquiry, and resolves issues within 7-15 working days while ensuring confidentiality. If unsatisfied, complainants may escalate their concerns to higher authorities. The committee comprises faculty members, student representatives, and administrative officials.
