At RVS Institute of management studies (RVSIMS), we are committed to providing a fair and transparent Grievance Redressal Mechanism for students, faculty, and staff. Grievances related to academics, administration, harassment, infrastructure, or any other concerns can be formally submitted through email, an online portal, or designated complaint boxes. The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) acknowledges complaints within 48 hours, conducts an inquiry, and resolves issues within 7-15 working days while ensuring confidentiality. If unsatisfied, complainants may escalate their concerns to higher authorities. The committee comprises faculty members, student representatives, and administrative officials. RVSIMS upholds fairness, integrity, and respect, ensuring a conducive academic and work environment for all. For grievances, contact the Grievance Redressal Cell via email or helpline.

  • With the conviction that the students’ residential atmosphere should be conducive for study and development of their personality and physical traits, management has provided hostel facilities for both boys and girls.
  • The boys are accommodated in six blocks of buildings adjacent to the college and the girl students are provided with a separate hostel, which is kept under continuous vigil by a tight security system.
  • Good quality food is provided to the students at a reasonable cost. We have a fully automatic Domestic Mineral Water Plant that provides hygienic drinking water for the students.
