Internal Complaints Committee

The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) at RVS Institute of Management Studies, is constituted as per the guidelines of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013 to ensure a safe, inclusive, and dignified environment for students, faculty, and staff. The committee is responsible for addressing and resolving complaints related to sexual harassment, discrimination, or any form of misconduct within the campus while maintaining confidentiality and fairness in its proceedings. The ICC plays a proactive role in preventing harassment through awareness programs, workshops, and sensitization sessions, educating students and employees about their rights and the importance of fostering a respectful and secure environment.
